The channels section allows you to connect your marketplaces instead of creating manual orders.
- Go to the sliding menu to the left of the page and select “Setup and Manage”.
- Under the section, click on “Channels”.
- A list of preset channels appear if you have previously integrsated any channel.
- Click on “+ New Channel” to add a new channel.
- All available channels for your subscription model shall appear and you can connect with the channel of your choosing by clicking on “add” below the channel logo.
- A set of instructions are provided to connect the channel with your account. You can also view these instructions under “Integrations” section of this support documentation.
Once a channel is paired successfully to the application, orders from the channel reflect in the application. The channel can also be unpaired when needed.
