To add new products into your catalog, go to “products” under “Setup and Manage”. A list of created products is available to modify or if you want to add new product, click on “+New Product”.
A pop up appears requesting to fill in necessary info to create a new product.
- When adding a new product in the application, you also must enter the SKU assigned to that product in your inventory. It is also important to enter the Stock you have of the product in hand.
- Dimensions of the product and its weight are to be added for billing purposes.
- Once all the details are filled in, click on “Save” to update the new product into the list.
- When you sync a channel, the product catalog present in it will automatically be imported into the application.
- Ensure all unmapped products in application are mapped to respective SKUs in channel for accurate inventory tracking.
