We have preset two types of packages – the box and the bag.
- To add a new package with custom dimensions, select “Setup & Manage” from the menu and click on “+ new package”.
- A pop up appears requesting details such as name of the package, type, and dimensions.
- Fill the details with appropriate information and click on save to add the package
- When a new order is created, if it fits into the packaging you just created, you can directly choose the package instead of entering dimensions during order creation.
- Turn on the toggle “smart package selection” for auto allocating the right size of packages before creating a bulk order.
