  • Free shipping applies to forward shipments only. Return (RTO) shipments are not covered.
  • This offer is available exclusively to new sellers who completed onboarding on Shift between 1st April 2025 and 14th April 2025. Existing Shift sellers are not eligible.
  • Eligible sellers will receive a one-time FSD Credit added directly to their Shift wallet on the morning of 15th April 2025. This credit applies automatically against shipping charges - no action required.
  • The wallet credit is valid only on 15th April 2025 and expires at 11:59 PM IST. Unused credits will not be carried forward.
  • Orders must be booked on the Shift platform and assigned to a courier on 15th April 2025 to qualify. Pickup may happen on the 15th or on a subsequent date. Orders cancelled at any stage - before or after pickup - are not eligible, and any wallet credit applied will be reversed.
  • The offer applies to a maximum of 50 orders or up to ₹3,000 in wallet credits, whichever is reached first. The credited amount will be automatically added and deducted per order until exhausted. Any unused balance will not carry forward. Orders beyond these limits will be charged at standard rates.
  • Sellers must register at shift.in/fsd before 14th April 2025 at 11:59 PM IST to be eligible. Shift will verify registrations before adding wallet credits.
  • Free shipping is applicable for shipments not exceeding 2 kg (dead weight or volumetric). Shipments above 2 kg will be charged at standard rates for the full weight.
  • Creating a new account solely to access this offer is strictly prohibited. Any seller found to have done so will have their account suspended and wallet credits revoked.
  • Shift's standard terms of service apply to all shipments made under this offer. Shift's decision on all eligibility matters is final.
