Introduction

Shift Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides shipping software that allows customers to choose from multiple shipping carriers, compare rates and delivery times, and book shipments. We also offer cash on delivery (COD) services, and order fulfillment services, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.

  1. Monthly Subscription Charges:

      Customers are billed monthly for access to our software and services.

      Subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

  1. Maintaining Wallet Balance:

      Customers must maintain a sufficient balance in their wallets within our application to cover the cost of shipments.

      Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable. Ensure you add only the required amount to avoid excess balance.

  1. Booking Shipments:

      Customers can book shipments using our software by selecting shipping carriers, comparing rates, and booking based on delivery times and costs.

      Once a shipment is booked, cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective shipping carriers. shift logistics is not responsible for carrier-specific cancellation policies.


  1. rate Discrepancies:

      If the actual weight of a shipment exceeds the declared weight, shipping carriers may raise a rate discrepancy.

      Customers are liable to pay any additional charges resulting from excess weight. These charges will be deducted from the customer’s wallet balance or billed separately if the wallet balance is insufficient.

      In case of unpaid invoices, Shift logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.

  1. Order Fulfillment Services:

      Customers can store their goods at our warehouse, and we will handle the picking, packing, and shipping of their products.

      Cancellation of order fulfillment services must be requested in writing at least 30 days in advance.

      Any prepaid fees for order fulfillment services are non-refundable.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Services:

      Our COD service allows customers to pay for their orders upon delivery.

      Refunds for COD orders are subject to the return and refund policy of the merchant selling the product.

      Shift Logistics is not responsible for the return and refund policies of third-party merchants.

  1. General Cancellations:

      Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at [email protected].

      Cancellations will be processed according to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. Refund Process:

      Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.

      Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s wallet balance or original payment method, as applicable.

      Refunds are issued only for eligible cases as per this policy and are at the sole discretion of Shift Logistics.

      Refunds will be processed only after any unpaid invoices are cleared.
