The Settings module in Shift is your central hub for account and operational configurations. It covers everything from your company profile and KYC details to carrier preferences, billing setup, notifications, and product sync. Each section is designed to give you control over how your shipments, payments, and communications are managed.
How do I access the Settings module?
1. Sign in to Shift
- Visit shift
- Sign In using your registered email and password → Click Login
Once logged in, you will be directed to your Shift Home page.
2. Go to Settings
- From the Home page, navigate to Settings from the left Menu
Sections in the Settings Module
Profile
- Company Profile – Update your company details such as Company registered name, Company trademark name, GST Number, CIN Number, PAN Number, Email, Phone Number, Support Email, Support Phone Number, Company Logo, and Signature.
- KYC – View your submmitted KYC documents. If any changes are required, please reach out to [email protected].
- Change Password – Reset or update your account password securely.
COD Payments
- Bank Details – Add or edit bank account details for receiving COD settlements.
Billing
- Billing Address – Manage or update your billing address for invoices.
Carrier
- Carrier Priority – Decide the order in which carriers are assigned to your Bulk actions.
- Carrier Selection – Choose which courier partners to enable or disable for your account. Switch from Available to Selected carriers to enable them in your settings.
Label, Invoice & POD
- Label Preferences – Configure how your shipping labels appear (branding, size, format).
- Toggle options you need on/off.
- Invoice Preferences – Customize invoice details such as GST, branding, and format.
Notifications
- Customer Communications – Set up how your customers receive notifications on shipments.
- Owner communications – Set up how you receive notifications on shipments.
- Channel Configuration – Notification for any significant changes or updates in the system.
Products Preference
- Sync Channel Products – Import and sync products directly from your connected sales channels.
- Auto Sync Channel Products – Automatically maps channel products with master products for inventory management.
Shipment Settings
- COD Order Verification – Enable or manage verification for COD orders before dispatch to reduce RTO
