Coins are earned only on successfully delivered orders
RTO, cancelled, failed, test, or fraudulent orders do not earn coins
Coins are credited within 7 business days after delivery confirmation
Coins expire 60 days from the date they are credited
Coins can be redeemed only into Shift Wallet
Minimum balance required for redemption: 100 coins
Maximum redemption limit: 1,000 coins per week
Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred, gifted, or sold
Only one Shift account per user/business is allowed
Shift may audit orders, reverse coins, or suspend accounts in case of misuse

Can I transfer or gift my coins to another account?

No. Coins are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, shared, or combined across accounts.

No. Each individual or business entity is allowed only one active Shift account.
Multiple accounts created to exploit the program may lead to permanent suspension and coin forfeiture.
