Multiple suppliers compete on every item, so you always see the best in-stock price up front.

How to order
- Open the Packaging Store — Head to pack.shift.in, or find it linked from your Shift dashboard.
- Browse or search — Filter by category — Boxes, Tapes & Labels, Protective & Void Fill — and open a product to compare supplier offers and sizes.
- Add to cart — Pick a size or variant and adjust quantities anytime.
- Checkout — Enter the address where you want the materials delivered.
- Pay securely online — Complete payment through the secure gateway.
- Track your order — Follow it under My Orders. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments.
02 · B2B Freight Shipping
Book heavy, multi-box freight in a few steps.
Ship the bulk consignments that don't fit regular parcel courier. Compare carriers, generate the docket / AWB and label, handle the e-way bill, and track — all in one flow.
Getting started: B2B Freight Shipping is enabled account-by-account. Talk to our sales team at sales@shift.in to get it switched on before you book.
Why it matters
- Move bulk & heavy freight. Multiple boxes and high weight that B2C courier can't take.
- Compare before you book. See chargeable weight, delivery & COD charges, and estimated delivery days, then pick the best carrier.
- Compliance built in. Capture GSTIN, e-way bill, and goods type as part of the booking.
- One place for everything. Docket, label, package sticker, and live tracking together.
Before you start
- ✓ Get B2B enabled. Not live for your account yet? Contact sales@shift.in first.
- ✓ Fund your Shift wallet. Freight is debited at booking. If the balance is short, the booking auto-cancels and nothing is charged.
- ✓ Keep details ready. Pickup & consignee address, invoice details, GSTIN, and e-way bill number.
How to book
- Create a B2B order — Add sender & receiver, invoice details, goods type, and package details — number of boxes with weight and dimensions per box. Attach the invoice if needed.
- Get a cost estimate — Shift returns carriers with chargeable weight, delivery charge, COD charge, and average delivery days. Choose the best one.
- Book the shipment — Confirm the carrier and add e-way bill / GSTIN where applicable. Charges are debited from your wallet and the docket / AWB and label are generated.
- Print & hand over — Download the shipping label and package sticker, paste them on the boxes, and hand over at pickup.
- Track to delivery — Follow the consignment live from the order.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel the shipment before pickup — the freight charge is refunded straight back to your wallet.
Manifest notes
STORE Packaging Store purchases are paid online at checkout. The amount you pay is the item price — the store does not use your shipping wallet.
B2B B2B Freight Shipping needs to be enabled on your account before you can use it — contact sales@shift.in to get set up. Once enabled, freight charges are debited from your Shift wallet at booking, so keep it funded before you ship.
